During your session, you'll be invited to simply relax and receive.
You do not need to be actively engaged or "do" anything during this time. Many clients choose to lay comfortably, close their eyes, and allow their body and mind to rest while the work is being done.
Soft, calming music will be played to support a peaceful and grounding environment. This is your time to unplug, feel safe, and let go.
Each session is guided with care and intention, allowing your body and heart the space to release, restore, and come back into balance.
Come as you are, and allow yourself to fully receive.
