What happens during a session?
Each session is calm, gentle, and supportive. 
Karen will guide the process, allow space for you to relax,
and use the modality selected to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No special preparation is needed. Come with an open heart, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself space to rest after your session if possible.

Do I need to talk the whole time?
No. Many sessions are quiet and restful. You do not need to perform, explain everything, or stay mentally engaged the entire time. You are welcome to simply relax and receive.

What if I feel emotional?
Emotions may come up, and that is okay. This is a safe, supportive space. You will never be rushed, judged, or pushed beyond what feels comfortable.

Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. Emotion Code, Body Code, and Reiki sessions can be offered from a distance. You can receive support from the comfort of your own home.

How do distance sessions work?
Karen will connect with you energetically and guide the session just as intentionally as she would in person. Many clients choose to rest, listen to calming music, journal, or simply lay down during their session time.

Do I need to be on the phone the whole time?
Not always. Depending on the session type, Karen may connect with you before and/or after the session. The session itself can be peaceful and quiet.

What is Emotion Code?
Emotion Code is a gentle energy healing technique that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be contributing to emotional heaviness, stress, or feeling stuck.

What is Body Code?
Body Code is a deeper energy balancing system that looks at the body as a whole — mind, body, and spirit — to help identify energetic imbalances and support restoration.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a calming energy healing practice that supports relaxation, peace, and energetic balance. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed after a session.

What is the difference between Emotion Code, Body Code, and Reiki?
Emotion Code focuses mainly on trapped emotional energy. Body Code looks deeper at energetic imbalances throughout the body. Reiki supports relaxation, peace, and energetic flow. Karen can help you choose the best fit.

Is this a safe space?
Yes. Sacred Hearts Healing was created to be a peaceful, private, and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and cared for.

What if I am nervous?
That is completely okay. Many clients feel unsure before their first session. Karen’s presence is gentle, calm, and compassionate, and you will be guided step-by-step.

Do I have to believe in energy healing for it to work?
You do not need to fully understand everything before beginning. An open heart and willingness to receive support is enough.

Will I be judged?
No. You are welcome exactly as you are. This is a nonjudgmental space for healing, release, and restoration.

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the online scheduling system or schedule a discovery call if you would like help choosing the right service.


What if I am not sure which session to choose?
A discovery call is a great place to start. Karen can listen to what you are experiencing and help guide you toward the session or package that feels most aligned.


What should I do after a session?
Give yourself time to rest, drink water, journal if you feel led, and notice how you feel over the next few days. Healing can continue to unfold after the session ends.


How often should I book?
This depends on your needs and goals. Some clients book one session at a time, while others choose a package for deeper support over time.
