Each session is calm, gentle, and supportive.
Karen will guide the process, allow space for you to relax,
and use the modality selected to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No special preparation is needed. Come with an open heart, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself space to rest after your session if possible.
Do I need to talk the whole time?
No. Many sessions are quiet and restful. You do not need to perform, explain everything, or stay mentally engaged the entire time. You are welcome to simply relax and receive.
What if I feel emotional?
Emotions may come up, and that is okay. This is a safe, supportive space. You will never be rushed, judged, or pushed beyond what feels comfortable.
Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. Emotion Code, Body Code, and Reiki sessions can be offered from a distance. You can receive support from the comfort of your own home.
How do distance sessions work?
Karen will connect with you energetically and guide the session just as intentionally as she would in person. Many clients choose to rest, listen to calming music, journal, or simply lay down during their session time.
Do I need to be on the phone the whole time?
Not always. Depending on the session type, Karen may connect with you before and/or after the session. The session itself can be peaceful and quiet.
