The Emotion Code is a gentle healing technique designed to help identify and release trapped emotions that may be contributing to emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical discomfort.

Sometimes life experiences leave emotional imprints behind that the body continues carrying long after the moment has passed. These trapped emotions may contribute to feelings of heaviness, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, frustration, disconnection, or feeling emotionally stuck.
